The Team

John Holland’s national team of specialist trainers has more than 130 years of combined rail industry experience. Each trainer is an expert in their chosen field, with a detailed understanding of their respective disciplines. Our trainers combine this expertise with a passion for delivering quality learning and development outcomes to our course participants.

All John Holland Rail Trainers possess a minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (ASQA Standard) qualification, along with extensive experience in the field. They are supported by a dedicated group comprising technical instructional designers and coordinators who ensure course content is engaging and at the forefront of industry best practice.
