John Holland Rail Training is a leading training provider wholly owned by John Holland Rail Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest providers of integrated, end-to-end rail transport solutions. John Holland has been delivering comprehensive training solutions to the Australian rail industry for more than a decade and in that time, has supported the career development of over 5,000 rail industry members.

Flexible, tailored and competitively priced packages

John Holland works closely with organisations and individuals to provide an extensive suite of accredited and non-accredited training. We understand that training solutions must be flexible and customised to respond to the diverse demands of the rail industry. Accordingly, we tailor our programs to cover all core and technical rail competencies.

John Holland is delivering training under a third-party agreement with our Registered Training Organisation, Accell Pty Ltd (RTO ID: 32213), we offer over 45 accredited rail competency training courses encompassing safety, construction, operations and maintenance. Participants benefit from nationally accredited qualifications that target their professional needs and which are transferable within the industry.

Our non-accredited courses are focused on a range of industry specific areas, including plant, machinery and welding.

Through John Holland’s expansive project operations, we are able to provide course participants with access to some of the rail industry’s most diverse operating environments in order to enhance operator competency and compliance.

All of our courses comply with relevant state and national legislation and can be tailored to meet any additional client requirements.
