At the successful completion of this course you will be able to:

• Understand the workplace quality assurance and improvement principles and procedures
• Identify the housekeeping standards and procedures required in the workplace in relation to quality systems
• Identify any typical quality-related problems that may arise in work operations and products and relation options for action and solutions
• Interpret and follow operational instructions, procedures and information relevant to the application and implementation of quality systems
• Understand how to report and rectify any identified problems that may arise when applying and implementing quality systems
• Understand and demonstrate how to apply precautions and required action to minimise, control or eliminate hazards that may exist during the application and implementation of quality systems
• Understand and demonstrate how to Implement contingency plans for unanticipated situations that may occur during the application and implementation of quality systems
• Complete relevant documentation in relation to the application and implementation of quality systems.
